A recent shipyard that is growing steadily.
History
Tesoro Yachts was born in 2015 from a combination of the dedication and decades of nautical experience of its founders, Juan Carlos Olivares and Andrés Martínez. Together they began to think and created the perfect walkaround boat.
After years of work, the first Tesoro T38 is finally presented to the public at the Düsseldorf Boot 2020, with unprecedented success.
Over the next few years, Tesoro began series production and added a new model to the range: the T40, with its outstanding Cullinan T-Top.
At the same time, the brand strengthens its international presence by participating in the main boat shows and setting up a distribution network.
In 2022, the new facility is inaugurated and production of two new models begins. More information very, very soon…
In January 2023, 50 T40’s have already left the Tesoro production facility.

Technology
Technology and sustainability configure the base of Tesoro’s production, always with a goal in mind: achieving excellence in terms of quality and performance.
Through incorporating cutting-edge technology into the design and construction, Tesoro manages to greatly enhance their yachts’ performance, safety, and comfort.
NATURAL FIBER REINFORCEMENT FABRICS: minimizing the environmental impact of yachts
In its aim to promote sustainability, and to offer environmentally friendly solutions, the Spanish shipyard uses a revolutionary plant-based material as reinforcement in its moulds and parts, Bcomp’s ampliTex™ technical fabric made from naturally grown flax.
Flax dramatically reduces the overall carbon footprint of the build and works well in conjunction with more conventional advanced composites, which are still used throughout the structure.

CARBON FIBER
The main parts of the boat, such as the Cullinan T-Top, are made of carbon fibre, which guarantees performance based on qualities such as strength, durability, thermal stability, and low weight.

QUALITY CONTROL
During construction, each vessel undergoes a comprehensive 100+ point inspection by the engineering team, providing the customer with a complete certification package where all parameters are checked. In addition, each delivery is preceded by a sea trial involving mechanical and electrical engineers.
This extensive testing and modelling ensure that the yacht meets or even exceeds industry standards.

HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS
The choice of materials plays a crucial role in the construction of a luxury yacht, and achieving excellence involves the use of premium materials. Every single component is treated as a piece of art, with attention to the smallest detail.
